Wedding Day Coordination

•  Consultation meeting

•  Planning meeting to discuss event logistics

•  Creation of wedding timelines and contact list

•  Final check in with all of your vendors the week of the wedding

• Walk-through of reception venue

•  A coordinator at your rehearsal for rehearsal direction

•  Coordinator will be at your wedding site the day of your wedding from initial set up until you the time you leave.

• Creation of wedding checklist for client drop-off

• Set up of essentials i.e. place cards, guest book, table numbers, etc. Any additional needs of setup may require an extra fee.

• We will make sure that the event and all vendors stay on time.

•  Coordinate with all of the vendors and the property throughout the evening.

• Packing and organizing of all gifts, cards and essentials at the end of the event.
